I am located Crystal, Ky. (Estill County) in the heart of the bluegrass region of Kentucky, and the location of some of the earliest and historic American farms.

Listing and selling high quality Kentucky horse farms and high quality Kentucky farms in the bluegrass region of central Kentucky is an activity that I really love.
For most of my life, I have enjoyed looking at and finding farms and land that I feel are really special. To me there is no better activity in the world than exploring farms and lands to discover their beauty and their hidden charms. When I get involved with listing or selling a piece
of property, I get right down and "walk the farm", and I know what is there and I know what I am selling.
Land varies a lot and there are hardly two places alike, but it seems as though with each new property, there is always something special to be discovered and on occasion there is not.
I attempt to list the best farms that I can find because I really love high quality farms that have "that something special". When I see it, I know it and when I know it, I put my whole heart into listing and showing the property and finding a qualified buyer.
If I do not feel that a farm is "special" or one that I would personally want to purchase for myself, then I most likely will not become involved with it.
